8:30am – 4:30pm

Successful prospectors will tell you that time spent researching
is vital and we will show you the tricks to keep you ahead of the competition.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a ‘new chum’ or have been detecting for years, this course will teach you modern methods in researching target areas
that will provide you with prospecting locations for years
to come and we will teach you essential skills to get ground
and then to work it.

The morning session will cover:

– Ground acquisition.
– Working the ground.
– Tenement expenditure and paperwork.

The afternoon session will cover:

– Advanced research methods.
– Pegging a lease and the dark art of SPL’s (Special Prospecting Licence).

By the end of this day you will have a good understanding
of tenement acquisition, the vital role
that research plays in prospecting and how to go
about it.
